What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and if you choose to, your company, phone number, LinkedIn profile and message, plus whether you are a company, a professional or a potential partner. The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party services.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you are a professional, to consider you for relevant roles. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (article 6(1)(f)).

Where it is stored and for how long

Form messages are not stored on the website. They are delivered by email to our mailbox hosted by Simply.com in Denmark. We keep enquiries for up to [12] months after our last contact, and talent-network profiles for up to [24] months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data. We only introduce a candidate to a client company with the candidate’s explicit permission for that specific role. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to our use of it, by writing to contact@irannordic.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
